Refund Policy
Okareer offers prepaid credits that can be used for eligible digital services across its products. Because these services may involve personalized analysis, AI processing, and digital outputs that begin or are delivered when credits are used, purchases are generally final except where required by applicable law or where a billing or service issue applies.
01Purchases Are Generally Final
Credit purchases are generally final. We do not ordinarily provide refunds because you change your mind or decide not to use the Service after purchase. This does not limit any refund or cancellation right that applies under applicable law or the specific billing and service issues described below.
02Used Credits Are Non-Refundable
Once credits have been used to initiate or complete an Okareer digital service, the corresponding processing or service delivery has already begun or occurred. Used credits are therefore generally non-refundable. This may include personalized digital analyses, reports, preparation outputs, or similar AI-generated services.
Promotional or complimentary credits that were not purchased have no cash refund value. If we close an account for violating our terms, any remaining balance is forfeited.
03Failed Services and Credit Restoration
If an Okareer service fails before successful completion, consumed credits may be returned to your balance where that product supports automatic credit restoration. A return of credits to your Okareer balance is a service correction, not a cash refund.
04Billing or Service Issues
If you experience a billing or service issue—such as a duplicate payment, credits not being added after a successful payment, or a system error that prevents you from using purchased credits—contact us at[email protected]. We will review the issue and may provide a refund, credit correction, credit restoration, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.
05How to Contact Us
To contact us about a purchase or service issue, email[email protected] from the email address associated with your Okareer account where practical, and include enough transaction information for us to locate the payment. We will review your request as soon as reasonably practicable.
06Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that applies under applicable law. Where applicable law gives you rights beyond this policy, those legal rights will apply.
We may revise this policy to reflect changes to the Service or applicable regulations; the revised version takes effect when published on this page.
